Our service costs $17.99 as a one-time payment, which gives you access to your customized Global Entry notifications. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Global Entry Tracker is a one-time payment and not a subscription. You will only be charged once and this is not a recurring payment. The one-time payment unlocks access to the notifications, and you can edit your preferences at any time.

Our payment processing is managed through Wix Payments and on-site checkout is secured by HTTPS/TLS data encryption. We do not handle or store any payment credit card information.
You can start you Global Entry application on the TTP website. The application process requires you to provide information about your past addresses, job history, and other basic information, as well as a $100 application fee which is paid directly to the Trusted Travelers Program (TTP) government agency. After you submit your application, the TTP will review your application and then issue you a Conditional Approval. Once you are Conditionally Approved, you'll be able to schedule your Global Entry interview, which is the final step in the process!
Global Entry continues to be in high demand, and limited resources from the government mean there is a long waiting list. Some locations have lots of availability, whereas others have no appointments for 6+ months.
There's a solution though - appointments open up frequently due to last minute cancellations and the government posting batches of interviews. In order to secure one of these appointments, you can either constantly check the TTP website or use an automated tracker, such as our service Global Entry Tracker, where we'll send you real-time notifications whenever an appointment opens up. Getting Global Entry is challenging enough, so let us handle this part for you.
We do not book the Global Entry interview appointment for you. Instead, our email alerts provide clear instructions and links to the TTP website where you can login and book your appointment. Our service only notifies you when an appointment is available, but you are still responsible for booking the appointment.
You can keep your notifications on as long as it takes you to secure an appointment, within reason. We are confident you will be able to secure an appointment soon after signing up. With that in mind, the default timeframe after which we will turn off your notifications is three months, however, all email alerts contain a link where you can re-activate your notifications beyond three months. Our number one priority is helping you secure an appointment, so if you ever have any questions or concerns please let us know and we'll help you out.
You will receive up to 1 email notification per minute. The reason we may email you so frequently is because often appointments get taken within 5 minutes, so you have to act quick. This means you might experience a high volume of email from us. You can pause your notifications to temporarily stop receiving our emails using the link provided in the notification emails, and similarly when you want to re-enable notifications you can follow the same procedure. Note that these changes in your notifications can take up to 30 minutes to reflect.
You can manage your notifications by logging in with your Security Key, which you can find at the bottom of each email notification we send you.
This includes:
1. Turning off (pausing) your email notifications
2. Changing the date you want an appointment before
3. Turning on (resuming) your email notifications
4. Changing the interview locations you want to track
5. Extending your notifications beyond the default 3 month period
Note: you cannot change the email address associated with your notifications after you sign-up.
Yes, you can turn your notifications back on. Each notification email contains a link to manage your notifications, which includes the ability to pause, resume, change interview locations, change target appointment date, and extend your notifications beyond the default three month period. You can turn your notifications on or off as many times as you need.
Currently we only offer email notifications. However, if you would like Text/SMS, WhatsApp, or other ways to receive notifications please let us know and we can look to accommodate your request.
